Problems we are solving
Create a Google Ads Optimized website, meaning it was quick and easy to use, while being optimized for conversions. We created multiple different conversion rate optimized landing pages based off of user interactions and clicks. We were able to collect this data using heat mapping and screen recording software an tools.
We used GTMetrics and Google PageInsight to optimize the website for speed. We used Hotjar and other heat mapping and user behavior tracking tools such as MouseFlow to understand the audience and behavior. From our findings we were able to implement key elements into our design to increase conversions. We also had optimized and designed product pages to be mobile first since our analysis showed more then 80% site visitors were from mobile devices.

Ultimately, because of Ri’s SEO strategies and skilled Web Development team with enhanced knowledge of SEO trends, we were able to increase organic search traffic, increase revenue from organic search traffic and have an overall increase in conversions site wide.
After the site redesign and changes to product pages to focus on mobile users first we were able to see a increase in mobile conversions and sales which was our ultimate goal. We also kept an eye on the SEO rankings, at first we noticed a small decrease in organic traffic which recovered within a few weeks of google understanding the new site structure.
As we do with most site redesigns, we conducted a survey asking users what they thought of the new site redesign. Often when clients select to do a redesign your current customers tend to panic a little because the website looks different and its not what they are used to. In this case the users found the new redesign to be a lot easier to navigate and use specially on mobile devices.
